====== QKI-ICC100: Isolated Input (Common Cathode) Kard for KardIO Slot ======

The Isolated Input Kard has four optically isolated inputs biased to so that they can be powered from <del>3-25V</del>.  The Kard is available in two version, common -VRAIL (active high input) or common +VRAIL (active low input).
